The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (fridge with freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and plenty of storage space).

You will certainly appreciate the small equipment in the form of blinds on the windows and ceiling cornices. For a pleasant living, you can equip the apartment yourself according to your wishes.

The monthly cost of the apartment is 5,200 CZK including household and liability insurance.
El. energy is transferred to the tenant. We will take care of the transfer completely. Estimated monthly deposit is 1,000 CZK.
Refundable deposit: 50,000 CZK (can be divided into two payments).
Real estate commission: in the amount of one month's rent + 21% VAT.
